Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals.
I offer One to One training sessions so you'll have my undivided attention. If you prefer, for a small additional fee you can invite one or two friends to join you.
No need to worry about going to the gym, I will come to you. Whether you wish to train in the park, on the beach or simply in your own home or garden.
