What you can expect

As a Personal Trainer, I make the same promises to all my clients.

You will have my full attention at all times.

You will have safe and effective exercise routines, tailored just for you.

You can ask as many questions as you like, never think they are silly or pointless.

And you will have ongoing support and feedback so that you can be confident in your progress.

I will work around you and your schedule.


There is no need for expensive gym memberships or special equipment, you'll just need a towel, a drink and a sense of humour.

I have a wide selection of equipment, but if you prefer to use your own then that is fine.

I offer guidance and gentle encouragement, I will push you to do your best but will recognise your limits and I will never shout.

I do my best to make the training sessions fun and varied and if you wish to train to music then that's a great idea, you supply your choice of tunes and I'll bring the bluetooth speaker.


Because I have a flexible approach to training you will have a number of choices as to where you can train or who you train with.

The beach, seafront or local park are always a popular choice. However, I can come to your home or garden,

*NEW for October 2021* You can now train in my own small, private training facility, where you will have access to even more equipment.


Training can be done on a one to one basis or, if you wish I am happy to instruct couples and small groups of friends.
